A pinch of
cinnamon
Milk (or coconut water)

Instructions
Perfect for toddlers as you can 'sell' this as a milk-shake and still get some great nutrients into them. For adults or for those who prefer to be dairy free, swap the milk products for coconut. Bananas are a prebiotic and particularly good for those that suffer with cramps. As an option, add a tablespoon of nut butter (for those that can eat nuts) as this also contains healthy proteins and fats, so you feel full for longer.
