You have possibly heard of (considered or tried) things such as meditation, affirmations or even just finding a quiet space to be calm throughout the day but did you know these things can have a positive effect on your health?

Studies have shown that those among us with a more positive outlook and focus on life get poorly less often (and when they are ill, suffer less with symptoms), live longer, and heal faster. While we don't fully understand how this works, we can theorise that stress, anxiety and negativity produce inflammation within our body which is linked with a whole raft of illnesses and chronic conditions. Addressing inflammation and it's causes is one of the most helpful things you can do to improve your quality and quantity of life.

What we are hoping to do at Living Naturally, is help you (the reader) find ways in which you can address the stresses you are currently trying to cope with. Goal setting, meditation, mindfulness and affirmations are just a few methods of calming your mind, as are time to focus on being grateful, organising your daily life or environment and see how your stress levels fall (and your health improves!!!!).
